Yhe Alex Tango glides through the air smoothly using lip as a spoiler and slopes gently to the water surface. Once you begin the retrieve - its lip pins the water first, then the whole body submerges and begins to dive steeply down to the bottom. These are crank bait wobblers with a tight, strong, vibration. Even though they have a lot of action however, they pull thru the water easily.
You can tease this plug by making it dive, then letting it float, twitching it slightly like a wounded bait fish or an easy catch for a large predator.
All ALEX lures share the same design standards like welded wire frames through the body of the lure which removes the strain from the front the body. Essentially, they are pulled with the force of your retrieve being spread over more area of the plug which enables a more delicate shapes and maintains balance under load. The polymer lips are made of top-grade materials allowing them to be wide, long and thin in design. They don't need all that reinforcing that you'll find on lesser-quality, deep-dive, crank baits
