Ice Cube 4 Man portable ice fishing shelter

Now this is really going to be a handy tent for 2-3 guys. You could get 4 guys in here but I'm thinking that would be 4 skinny guys especially after you all bring in buckets, gear, cameras, flashers, etc.

Essentially, this unit is almost exactly the same as the Eskimo Quick Fish III. It's black instead of green and is different in some important areas. It as a "D" door with LOTS of room for getting in and out to the tip-ups FAST. It also has tensioners inside to keep gale-force winds from collapsing a side in while you are fishing and the bigger windows not only open up with a zipper, you can remove them via a velcro edge to make them be a vent if you want. Oh, and there's a vent in the top of the Ice Cube as well. One other neat feature was the little built-in pouches that hold guy straps. Nice and neat, no fiddling around with flailing ropes ans unlike the Eskimo Quick Fish 3, you don't have to provide the ropes. The 5 ice anchors are nicely built, tapered shaft screws for a quick lockdown in the ice. Also, to store the anchors, there is a nice built-in pouch in the carry bag. The carry bag is much like the Quick Fish III back but there is more room in either end so you could stow some gear inside it . It may just be me, but the carry bag feels like heavier material. It cost a bit more than the Eskimo Quick Fsih 3, but the added features will be appreciated when the wind is blowing and you are trying to find the ropes to tie this tent down. This would be a great way to go for a lot of ice fisherman! All you need is your hand sled or the one you pull behind the snowmobile and you are up and running.

The Eastman Ice Cube is very fast to set up with no loose parts to lose in the snow. Way big enough to stand up to take your parka off. The tent when in it's bag is about 4 feet long and about 8 inches in diameter. The storage bag comes equipped with padded shoulder straps so you can carry it like a pack on your back.
